The Gateway HotelSanta Monica

Photography and film built to sell the property and the stay, ready for your website and booking pages.

Prepared for Mark Beccaria and Juan ViramontesSanta MonicaJuly 2026
The idea

Guests book a location, not a room.

Photos show the space. Video shows the experience. The room in the morning light, the beach a few minutes away, the pier at golden hour, dinner on the Promenade. That surrounding lifestyle is what makes a guest choose you over the hotel down the street showing nothing but interiors. It's also the piece that carries your website and booking pages, where video holds attention longer and answers the "what's nearby" question before anyone has to ask it.

Three ways to build it

Choose your scope.

Photos on their own, or two levels of video. Each tier is a different outcome, not just a bigger number.

Photography + Location Film
  • 22 photos, a second angle on every guest room
  • One frame for the space, one for the light, so guests see the full room before they book
  • 60-second location film: the hotel, then out to the beach, the pier, and the Promenade
  • Priority scheduling and delivery
The location is the sell. This is where most hotels land.
Signature Campaign
A launch kit for the website and social.
$5,400
Full Content Package
  • 27 photos, three angles on every room: the space, the detail, the light
  • A twilight exterior of the 20th Street entrance
  • A hero film for the homepage and booking pages
  • Three vertical social reels: the rooms, the amenities, the Santa Monica lifestyle
Built for your website and social, with a library that keeps working for months.

Every tier includes a full commercial license, yours to use across web, social, and booking sites.

Optional on any tier: an aerial exterior of the property and the coastline, pending airspace clearance.

Why two angles on every room

On a booking site, the photo is the entire decision. The guest is paying before they ever stand in the room. One wide angle shows the space. A second catches the light and the detail. Together they turn a room someone scrolls past into a room someone books. That's where the added frames go, on the rooms that carry your revenue.

How it works

Simple from here.

1

Pick a direction

Tell me which package fits. Happy to walk through any of it first.

2

Choose your day

A Monday or Tuesday this month. A 50% deposit locks your date, and open slots are limited. I coordinate directly with Juan so the applicable rooms are out of order in advance.

3

Delivery

Photos in 5 business days. Video in 7 to 10, ready for the website and your booking pages.

Which direction feels right?

Reply and I'll get you on the calendar. You've seen how this goes, so let's make this one even better than the last. And I'm glad to keep being your team as you refresh the other properties.
